  • Description: Tax Consequences of Elder Planning: Explore the tax consequences of elder planning with focus on IRAs, the Secure Act and CARES Act, and recent changes in the trust codes, including information about Covid IRA distributions.
  • Approved CLE: 1 Credit Hour
  • Speaker Bio:

Tim earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Iowa State University in 1989.  In addition to his CPA, Tim also has securities license certifications including Series 63, 6, and 65.  Insurance License certifications include Health, Long Term Care, and Annuity.  He is a member of the AICPA and the Illinois CPA Society.

Tim works personally with individuals, families, trusts and private businesses to provide his brand of accounting and managerial skills for creative problem solving. He understands both accounting and wealth management practices and offers professional guidance with over 30 years of experience. Tim’s relaxed approach with clients puts their financial concerns at ease.

Tim and his wife Tracy have two boys, Kyle and Jackson and live in Kenosha, Wisconsin. He and his family enjoy spending weekends outdoors and participating in baseball and volleyball.
