TOPICS:  FairVote Illinois Presentation and Clients with Diminished Capacity
Paige N. Fox, as Co-Chair of the Illinois NAELA Education Committee and Deputy Lead of the FairVote Illinois Fundraising Committee, therefore wanted to use the first part of the October meeting as an opportunity for fellow Illinois NAELA members to hear more about ranked choice voting. While not an all-encompassing solution to the problem, it is at least a start.

The second part of the October meeting will be led by John Cesario, Senior Counsel for the ARDC, who will be presenting on specific responsibilities of elder law attorneys, specifically, representation of clients with Diminished Capacity, followed by a few words about simple things you can do to avoid receiving a charge from the ARDC.
