For our Fall program, we’re happy to welcome back Steven Milburn and Kathy Butcher, from the Office of the Inspector General.  The OIG will address questions about Medicaid applications.  We’re also going to hear from Attorney Ray Prather, who will discuss the nuts and bolts of the new Electronic Wills and Remote Witness Act and discuss considerations in implementing this into your practice.   In addition to our two presentations, we will have several breakout sessions throughout the day where attendees can share experiences and discuss issues within various areas of practice including Medicaid applications and procedures, basic and advanced estate planning, etc.
