Estate Planning - Basics & Trends

Agnes A. Ptasznik

Attorney - Chuhak & Tecson

Approved for 1 general CLE credit

Agnes Ptasznik will provide a review of why everyone should have an estate plan, from powers of attorney through those who may benefit from a revocable and irrevocable trust. Agnes will then explain how an estate plan can offer income tax minimization for beneficiaries and overall estate tax minimization.

Agnes Ptasznik

As someone who believes it is her role as an attorney to be able to explain complex matters to clients in a simple, yet informative way, Agnes deeply enjoys finding practical and efficient solutions tailored toward their specific needs. As an associate in the Estate Planning & Asset Protection practice group, she finds practicing law most rewarding when at the end of a consultation a client fully understands the plan presented to them, why it is the beneficial course of action, they are comfortable and satisfied that it will accomplish their goals, and that they feel a strong sense of security throughout the process.
